TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 November 2026.

These terms explain how you may use Tech WebTools, a free tech blog at tech.webtoolsforall.co.uk. By reading or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

Tech WebTools shares free guides about Android, Windows, apps, and internet safety. The guides are general information for everyday problems. They are not professional IT support, and they are not a replacement for official support from your phone maker, your computer maker, or a local repair shop.

Use of content

You may read the guides for your own personal use, and you may share a link to a guide with other people. You may not copy a whole guide or a large part of a guide and publish it on another site as your own work. You may quote a short part of a guide if you link back to the original page and make clear that Tech WebTools is the source.

The site name, logo, and design belong to Tech WebTools. You may not use them to suggest that your site or product is endorsed by Tech WebTools, and you may not use them in a way that confuses readers about who wrote the content.

No warranty

The content on this site is provided as it is, without any warranty. Phone makers and software makers change menus, names, and settings over time, so a step that was correct when a guide was written may change later. We check guides when readers report a problem, but we cannot promise that every guide is correct for every phone, every version of Windows, or every app at all times.

You follow the guides at your own risk. Back up important data before you change settings, delete files, or reset a device. If a step asks you to delete files, read the warning in the guide first, and stop if you are not sure what will be deleted.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is professional advice. Our guides do not cover hardware repair, data recovery, network security for a business, or any other specialist work. For those problems, please contact a qualified professional or the official support team for your device. Our disclaimer explains this in more detail.

Acceptable use

Please use this site in a lawful and fair way. Do not try to break the site, access parts of it you are not meant to reach, or use it to send spam, malware, or harmful content to other people. Do not copy the site in bulk, scrape it to build a competing copy, or use automated tools to overload it.

Links to other sites

Our guides may link to official pages from other companies, such as Microsoft, Google, or phone makers, so you can check a setting or download an app from the right place. We do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for their content, their privacy policies, or their products. When you leave Tech WebTools, the terms and policies of the other site apply.

Advertising

Tech WebTools may show advertising in future, for example through Google AdSense, to support the cost of running the blog. Ads do not change the terms on this page, and they do not mean that Tech WebTools endorses the product or service in an ad. Please read our Privacy Policy for how cookies and advertising may work.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site changes. The last updated date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. We may also change, pause, or remove any guide or page at any time, without notice.
