Contact Tech WebTools
Found a step that no longer matches your phone, want a guide we do not have yet, or have a question about a page? Email is the fastest way to reach us, and we read every message.
Email: faizan.kyousufzai@gmail.com
We usually reply within two working days. Tech WebTools is a small blog run by one person, so replies may take a little longer during busy weeks, but every message is read and every correction is checked.
What to include in your message
A short message with the right details helps us answer faster. Please include the name of the guide or the link to the page, your phone or computer model, and the exact problem you see. If a step fails, tell us which step it was and what happened on screen. A screenshot helps, but only send one if it does not show personal details such as passwords, card numbers, or private messages.
If you are suggesting a new guide, tell us the problem in one or two sentences and what device it happens on. We cannot promise to write every suggested guide, but suggestions from readers are the main way new topics are chosen for the blog.
What we cannot do by email
We cannot fix your phone or computer by email, and we cannot give one to one remote support. Our guides are general help for common problems, not professional IT support. If your device will not start, if you have lost important data, or if your work depends on a broken computer, please contact a local repair shop or the official support team for your device.
For the same reason, please do not send personal documents, passwords, bank details, or identification numbers by email. We never need them to answer a question about a guide, and email is not a safe place to share them.
Corrections and suggestions
If you spot a mistake in a guide, please tell us. Phone makers change menus, Windows updates move settings, and a step that was right last month can be wrong today. When you report a mistake, we check it and update the guide. You can also use the form below to draft your message, then send it by email using the address above.
Thank you for reading Tech WebTools, and for helping us keep the guides correct. You can also learn more about the blog on the about page.
