PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 November 2026.

Tech WebTools is a static blog. You can read every guide without an account, without signing up, and without giving us your name or email address. This policy explains the small amount of information that is handled when you visit the site, when you contact us, and if advertising is added later.

Information we do not collect

We do not run user accounts, we do not ask you to register, and we do not collect personal information through forms on this site. The contact form on the contact page does not send a message on its own. It helps you draft a note that you send by email if you choose to do so.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with other parties for marketing. If you email us, we use your email address only to reply to your message. We do not add it to a mailing list unless you ask us to do so in clear words, and there is no newsletter at launch.

Server logs

Like most websites, the server that hosts Tech WebTools may keep standard server logs. These logs can include the page you visited, the time of the visit, the type of browser and device you used, and a general location based on your internet address. Server logs are used to keep the site working, to find errors, and to understand which pages are read most. They are not used to identify you by name.

Cookies and advertising

At launch, Tech WebTools does not set advertising cookies itself. If advertising is added later, for example through Google AdSense, that advertising service may use cookies to show ads and to measure how ads perform. Cookies are small files stored in your browser. You can delete cookies and control how your browser handles them in your browser settings.

Third party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or by using the opt out pages provided by advertising networks. If you use an ad blocker, the site will still work, and you can still read every guide.

Links to other websites

Our guides may link to official pages from phone makers, Microsoft, Google, or other services, so you can check a setting or download an app from the right place. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information. Please read their policies if you share personal details with them.

Children

Tech WebTools is written for a general audience, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before you contact us by email, and do not send personal details about yourself or others.

Your choices

You can read the site without sharing personal information. You can delete cookies in your browser at any time. If you have emailed us and you would like us to delete your message, please email us again from the same address and ask us to do so, and we will delete it from our inbox where we can.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site changes, for example when advertising is added or when a new feature is introduced. The last updated date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated policy.
